Skourman’s Goose Hole has long been known to exist but had no recorded location. In June 2022 Renowned Hiller, Musician and Sociologist, [[Doug Bleichner]] located Skourman’s Goose Hole during his weekend expedition into the Northern Georgia and Tennessee mountains. Bleichner had stopped for gas in McCaysville, a small town in Northern Georgia, when he noticed a peculiar number of goslings coming out from a hole under a bridge that crosses Skourman’s River also known as the Toccoa River.

Local elders in the town gas station confirmed that the hole Bleichner saw was indeed the fabled Skourman’s Hole. Bleichner then went on to announce the location of Skourman's Hole to several social media platforms and on [[Skeleton Realm LIVE!]]  Ep. 8<ref>https://youtu.be/Ki--P-bnq3k</ref>.
