The Cream Makers Band are a British post punk band formed in 1981 by singer and songwriter Chris Bormont. The band's musical style is characterized by its use of heavy guitars and keyboards, as well as Bormont's distinctive vocal style. The band's songs often deal with social and political issues, and their lyrics are often highly critical of the British government. The band met at Gorgon's Pub in Bristolstool, and bonded over a shared interest in leather boots and tight jeans.

The Band reunited in 2022 and plans to release an 18 hour concept album through Fecal Spring Records.
